Studio Location Training
Much like our in-home training, studio sessions are one hour in length. Each session will involve a dynamic warm-up, full body strength session, core, and stretching. Agility, balance, and injury prevention exercises are typically included as well. The beauty of the studio session is that we have additional equipment available than at a home session. As an economical choice for many of our clients, they work with us in-studio to develop a workout routine that can be followed at their own health club. With the studio equipment, the trainer can critique the client's form to maximize the benefit of their independent workouts and decrease the risk of injury due to poor technique.
