Studio Location Training
Much like our in-home training, the studio sessions are one hour in length. Each session involves a dynamic warm up, full body strength session, core work, and stretching. Agility, balance, and injury prevention exercises are typically included as well. The beauty of the studio session is that we have additional equipment available at the location which would otherwise be difficult to transport to a client's home. Observing a client using studio equipment allows the trainer to ensure the client maintains proper form during the exercises. The feedback from the trainer then allows the client to maximize the benefit of his or her independent workouts and decrease the risk of injury due to poor technique. Studio time can also be utilized to develop a workout routine that clients can use at their own health club which is a great economical choice.
