We start with a 30-60 minute meeting with one of our trainers where we will introduce ourselves, review your goals, discuss your health history, and exercise background. We also like to learn about your daily routine, aches and pains, and any concerns you might have. The more information we gather, the more individualized your plan will be. At the end of our initial meeting we will set-up a time for your first workout. Payments for the first three sessions will be accepted at our pay-as-you-go rate. If after three sessions you decide to continue, we will credit those first three sessions towards a package if you choose to buy one. Rates are discounted when you prepay and commit to a package.
